General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all business relationships between Free Online KG (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and its customers.

2. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded when the customer places an order and the Company confirms the order in writing.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Euro (€) and exclude statutory VAT. The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

4. Delivery Terms

Deliveries are made from the Company's warehouse to the address specified by the customer. Delivery times are non-binding unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty regulations apply. Customer claims for damages are excluded unless they result from intentional or grossly negligent conduct by the Company.

6. Retention of Ownership

All products remain the property of the Company until full payment of the invoice amount has been received.

7. Data Protection

Customer data is used exclusively for order processing and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Final Provisions

If any provision of these AGB is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Austrian law shall apply.
